Non-emergency
Please log on to the tenant portal (rental buildings) or association website (condo properties) and complete the maintenance request form, or call 773-856-0707.
Emergency maintenance
Please call 773-856-0707. If your call is after hours, our 24-hour answering service will assist you. City Habitat reserves the right to enter a unit without prior notice if an emergency poses immediate risk to other units.
