Cristian has been a real estate broker for the last 15 years, with over 450 units sold. He attributes his success to perseverance and consistent creative marketing. He is also a profitable real estate investor and is well-versed on how quality property management needs to be done. Cristian’s successes eventually generated his need of opening his own Real Estate and Property Management company.
Together with his partners, Horatiu Suciu and Lavinia Shimkus, Cristian began City Habitat Realty in 2013. Through his vision and dedication, he has in a relatively short period of time, done what takes most companies many years to do. Cristian has vaulted City Habitat Realty to the top of the game having it been awarded into the top 20 Chicagoland companies to have risen in 2016. In addition, City Habitat’s Management division has risen its way to the top seven management companies in north Chicago and Evanston.
